This is a branding design case for PURE BAMBOO. A brand image including logo design, color palette, packaging design, slogan conceiving, and the final corporate’s identity brochure design.

 
 
 

PURE BAMBOO is a company that integrates the advantages and functions of bamboo, designing and operating in the two fields: pulp & paper and textile & apparel. Ambition is to be humble and simple and achieve extraordinary in the process of pursuing purity and ordinary.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

BUSINESS ANALYSIS & PRODUCT POSITIONING

Evaluates from the past uses, ecological impact and practical functions, the PURE BAMBOO R & D department position bamboo textiles with superior antibacterial and anti-ultraviolet rays, targeting children and the elderly. The paper making department focus on the substitutability of bamboo pulp, and take bamboo as the value of the evolution of the writing surface. The brand direction is the fusion of history and future, combining Chinese elements and environmental sustainability.

 
 

Incredibly comfortable and UV-protected, the temperature-regulating fabric keeps your body cool on warmest days and warm in colder weather. Fresh-keeping, absorbent bamboo fibers is a relief for those suffering from fungal infections. No odor residue, natural antibacterial bamboo fiber minimizes foot odor. Hypoallergenic and gentler than many man-made fibers, bamboo is a natural solution for those with sensitive skin.

 

PRODUCT PACKAGING DESIGN

PURE BAMBOO turns self-replenishing bamboo fields into soft bamboo fabrics, offering an exclusive collection of bedding, apparel, sportswear, underwear and accessories made from soft, cool, clean and green bamboo. I incorporated traditional Chinese culture and spirit in its packaging design. Mixing textures for paper and pulp for clothes, the design coupled with ancient Chinese feel labels, resulted in a packaging system. At the same time, I also tried other variations and changes, adding elements of Chinese bamboo culture.

 
 
 
 

BRAND IDENTITY & BROCHURE DESIGN

Company branding is critical to the PURE BAMBOO experience. The identity is focused on health and spiritual simplicity. I created this brochure to help communicate brand guidelines to partners looking to feature PURE BAMBOO. We need to ensure that the brand has a consistent look and feel anywhere in the world. This requires strict adherence to standards. This guide is provided to keep the brand focused and unique.
